Join us for Cosmos and Cookies, the newest family-friendly event for MOR members that celebrates the wonders of the cosmos in the Taylor Planetarium.  

Celebrate the wonders of the cosmos with an exclusive members-only event at MOR's Taylor Planetarium. Be among the first to experience Spark: The Universe Inside Us, a captivating new planetarium film from the California Academy of Sciences, narrated by Diego Luna. Explore how distant stars and cosmic events have shaped life itself. Do not miss this unique opportunity to connect with fellow members and uncover the mysteries of the universe!

6:00 p.m. | Enjoy cookies and meet other MOR members and families

6:15 p.m. | Spark: The Universe Inside Us

6:40 p.m. | Cookie Break

6:50 p.m. | Solar System Geology, presentation by Planetarium Manager Eric Loberg

Spark: The Universe Inside Us is 24 minutes long and for ages 8+.
